I want us to go to the moon, but...

I want us to go to the Moon. I want us to go to Mars.
AND I also want every human being to have clean water, food, safety, shelter, freedom, and dignity. It's not an either-or choice.
I want us to become a spacefaring civilization, but I want it to be because we're boldly going where no-one has gone before... not because we want to get the resources before China.
I want us to go, but not before we clean up our environmental act at home. Space can't be just another place to pollute, pillage, and militarize.
For Halloween I want kids to dress up as an astronaut again, not a Kardashian, and not a K-pop demon hunter.
I want AI and robots, but only if it makes us happier, brings more jobs, more leisure time, and ONLY if we can control it. I ALSO want us to deepen our connection with Source, broaden our critical thinking & creativity, and expand our emotional awareness. Let's teach spiritual practices alongside math. Let's teach healthy relationships with engineering.
I want social media to be heavily regulated (and fined), like drugs, so we can stop debilitating entire generations.
I want the pharmaceutical industry to fade away in favour of root-cause healing. I want corporate money out of government. I want the law to stop pretending corporations have human rights.
I want shareholder interests to take a backseat to solving social problems. This obsession with growth-at-all-costs has led us right to human servitude and misery, and will eventually lead to our extinction.
We're way overdue for a transition away from fossil fuels, into endlessly abundant power. I want politicians to stand up to oil companies. I want people to be ashamed of using fossil fuels, because it's shameful.
I want a news media that does its fucking job, which is to call out injustice, and to make anti-social people and companies and politicians pay so dearly that these sociopaths would never again think of crossing the citizenry.
I want a shift in humanity's moral compass that would make the current President of the US, he who shall not be named, impossible. I also want to give up partisanship, and to talk to each other again.
I want everyone equal under the law. I don't care how much money you have, or which country you're president of—if you fuck shit up: straight to jail. Release everything in the Epstein files. Let the current system burn to the ground if it must.
I want governments to close all tax loopholes. I want the rich to want to pay taxes, happily, because they understand their responsibilities to the whole. I don't want socialism, but I do want democratic socialism. I want us to recognize that governments shouldn't try to solve all problems, but that some problems can only be solved by government.
I want Israel to stop committing genocide and perpetrating apartheid and manipulating elections. I want the world to make atrocity impossible from this day forward. AND I want Jewish people (ALL people) to have a safe place to thrive, free from terrorism. I want an end to propaganda. I want reconciliation and forgiveness and harmony.
I want Iran (and all countries) to have clean nuclear power, not nuclear weapons. I think that it would also be a really great idea for the great powers to reduce their stockpiles as well, so ultimately we can ban these no-good doomsday devices.
I DO want the United States to be a global policeman, but one that fosters human rights, freedom, compassion, and kindness—not just another empire manipulating their religious base into a modern-day crusade. I want authoritarianism to become a historical footnote.
I want men to reclaim their inherent power, but not at the expense of women.
I want women to enjoy viable dating options again, a pool of quality men (or women). I want equal rights, not equality of outcomes. I want us to celebrate our natural, beautiful differences.
Let's let everyone pick whatever gender and sexual orientation they want, and let that be A-OK. BUT let's also give up on this pick-your-pronouns insanity. Biological males do not belong in female-only sports leagues (can't believe I even have to write this).
It's also time to end the failed DEI experiment, and get back to a meritocracy; but I ALSO want disadvantaged groups to get abundant opportunities, education, training, and support to allow them to play on the same level as privileged people.
We need to start measuring our success as a species by how we treat our least fortunate.
I want the best in us to thrive. I want us to work less. I want us to have more orgasms. I want everyone to discover the immense power within them; the thing they are on this earth to uniquely do.
I want a plan to believe in, then to dig in, one step at a time. I hope you're with me.
